Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:
Monitor and Automate System’s Execution in Production
· Use automated and other tools to detect any problems in the operational environment
· Proactively communicate with technology and business to resolve operational problems
· Implement automation requirements and other technical enhancements
First-line Requirements Validation
· Actively seek opportunities to continuously improve the quality of systems and processes by solicit and validate business requirements from the end-clients.
Analysis and Communication
· Perform designed or ad-hoc analysis in a rapidly changing and moving environment in order to support capital markets trading desks.
· Clearly craft and articulate messages (both written and verbal) related to Finance and Technology to a variety of audiences
· Seek and design ways to automate tasks; ideally using Python or other programming languages.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in working with large-scale software as a business/system analyst, developer, testing, or production support personnel.
· 2+ years of experience with analytical tools: SQL, Python, Excel, and similar
· knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Finance Analytics is a plus
· Experience in interfacing with and/or supporting mission-critical applications
· BSc or Msc in Finance, Computer Science or similar

Example profile of a Successful Candidate:
A couple of years of corporate experience working with software as an analyst, tester, developer, product manager, or operations engineer. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information system, Finance, or related fields. Meticulous, hardworking, adaptive, a fast learner. Interested in a career path toward product management, operations, DevOps, or development, or testing. Thriving in working with people but still hands-on with technology.
