Data Analyst needed to: analyze and understand data needs of the business users involving complex financial, economic, mathematical, statistical and regulatory concepts and formulations; conduct data validation and quality control; formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data; develop and maintain internal databases and conduct routine maintenance to ensure data integrity; design, prototype, develop, test, and document ETLs; make recommendations for more cost-effective product delivery; analyze data to determine impact to portfolio risk metrics and financial forecasting due to model and market changes.
